I want to know the international regulations and/or international laws on starting/running a community or matrimonial (not dating) websites. Who controls such sites? What are the limitations for these sites? Please help me by providing the guidelines or URLs. I need these info for my friend who live in India. anyone know about the Indian rules or the URLs for them, they will help as additional info. Thank you.
